視察研修
先日、自分が担当している委託団体の視察研修が実施されました。
新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響で開催出来ていなかった状況が続いていましたが、昨年度から段々と事業を再開しています。今回の視察研修も、文化施設だけでなく、県内の工場見学を行うことが出来ました。
ご参加頂いた会員の皆様から見学先では様々な質問が出るなど、非常に充実した内容となりました。
事務局として、会員の皆様のサポートが出来て良かったと感じました。
